I am delighted to be part of the Pitlochry Festival Theatre Winter Words programme, curated by their new Artistic Director, Alan Cumming.
Guests will be treated to a two course lunch featuring dishes from my cookbook ‘Kith’, and a cooking demonstration of one of those dishes, live on stage! I’ll also be chatting about the food stories in Kith, my food influences and why sustainability and seasonality are key.
