I am thrilled to be hosting the 2nd annual Shortbread Showdown at Eden Court Theatre in Inverness on March 17th.
The competition pits budding bakers from 11 Destination Management Organisations across Scotland to create the winning shortbread. Businesses from each area will compete in a shortlisting event and the top 3 bakes that are crowned during those events will come to the grand final at Eden Court in March.
This event is the brainchild of the Visit Inverness Loch Ness team, part of Visit Scotland, and is designed to showcase Scotland as a food and drink destination for all!
