food writing

I love food writing almost as much as I love food! 

My first cookbook, ‘Kith’, will be published by Birlinn on 18th April  2024 and is ready to pre-order now!

I also write regular columns in the Inverness Courier and their regional titles, as well as monthly columns in The (Dundee) Courier and Press and Journal Food and Drink Magazine with recipes, tips and updates on what’s going on in my kitchen.

I also write for other publications, cook books and magazines and I’ll post copies of my musings here when available. If you’d like me to write on food for you, just get in touch.
