Tidelines Book Festival, Irvine

Tidelines Book Festival is the next stop on my Scottish Book Tour!

Tidelines Book Festival is a community-run charitable trust bringing world-class literary events to Ayrshire. The aim of Tidelines is to encourage involvement with and participation in literature in all its forms.

I will be hosting a very special cooking demonstration, hosted by Blackthorn Salt, who make their incredible product just down the road. I’ll be cooking dishes from my new cookbook Kith: Scottish seasonal food for family and friends, and sharing stories about food, family and memory.

Tidelines has grown in strength and reputation over the years and in 2019 was a finalist in the NAC Provost’s Civic Pride Awards, in recognition of their contribution to arts and culture in North Ayrshire. and I am thrilled to part of it.

See you there!
