I am thrilled to announce that my new cookbook, Kith, seasonal, Scottish food for family and friends is now available for pre-order.

Kith has been a labour of love for Scottish ingredients, recipes and produce over the last 18 months and I am so happy to share it with you at last.

It features a series of seasonal chapters, with delicious recipes, produce lists and stories and musings on all kinds of things from honey to shellfish, and has recipes like Gorse Panna Cotta and Coffee Crusted Venison. The Things of Beauty section shows you how to create a range of wonderful little extras like flavoured butters, brines and pickles that elevate your dishes from everyday to spectacular.
