I am so honoured to have been invited to the St Duthac Book Festival in Tain this year.
The St Duthac Book & Arts Festival aims to further promote literature, heritage and the arts in and around the Easter Ross Peninsula. They celebrate writers and artists from the Highlands and beyond and bring literary arts to rural communities.
I will be cooking dishes from Kith: Scottish seasonal food for family and friends and chatting about the recipes, stories and people who inspired me to create my first cookbook.
