My new cookbook ‘Kith’ is out on April 18th and I will be hosting a launch party at Loch Levens Larder, near Kinross, to celebrate on May 16th
I’ll be providing a cooking demo, featuring dishes from Kith, and will be there to sign copies of my book. I can’t wait to share the story of Kith with you. The Larder is where I spent a good amount of time actually writing the book and devising the recipes, so its very special to be unveiling it to the world there.
